Sepela – White Wine

Chardonnay – Sauvignon
Fermentation at 18° maximum. Traditional winemaking technique. Aging in vats on lees.
Light yellow color. The nose exudes intense aromas of white fruits (peach, nectarine)
with a hint of citrus enhanced by a “toasted” elegance.
Ample mouthfeel with opulence and volume in contrast with a lively finish. A hint of hazelnut-honey calls for citrus-lemon.
Will accompany grilled meats, fish, sea salads, etc.
Also perfect as an aperitif.
