Belgian Butter Waffle

The Belgian Butter Waffles, also called Butter Galettes are made from a typical Belgian recipe, with a significant amount of butter (12%) and eggs (20%). It can be eaten as it is or with topping (fresh fruits,maple syrup,…), at any time of the day, ambient or slightly heated in the microwave or in the toaster.
