Fermentation at 16°. Traditional winemaking technique. Aging in vats.

Pink color with bright purple highlights. Nose of redcurrant and apricot.

Superb liveliness on the palate with aromas of red and white fruits. Exotic mango-like finish.

Will accompany grilled meats and salads.

Also perfect as an aperitif, desserts made with red or white fruits.
